You'll leave with an AI toolkit including an AI strategy, policy, governance framework, prompt training, help with tool selection, and the confidence to integrate AI strategically while measuring ROI.
Innovation Workshop (£5,999)
Facilitated by our leadership team including Chris Burgess (CEO), this intensive workshop breaks your team out of day-to-day thinking to uncover genuine opportunities for growth and differentiation. We'll run a discovery session to understand your business challenges and map untapped opportunities, then move into collaborative ideation using proven design thinking methodologies to generate breakthrough ideas and build a practical innovation roadmap with quick wins.
The Innovation Accelerator Fund
We understand that, especially for charitable organisations, return on every pound spent is key. We’re really excited to introduce our Innovation Accelerator Fund – a way for us to partner more closely with forward-thinking clients who want to explore emerging technologies such as custom generative AI projects or mixed reality experiences.
To make it easier to take that first step, we’ll match your investment in an innovation project: if your project is valued at £10k, you’ll only pay £5k, with the remainder funded by us. In return, all we ask is the opportunity to share the journey and results as a case study, helping us both showcase what’s possible.
It’s a collaborative way to experiment, push boundaries, and create something truly stand-out, together.
