CTI Digital partners with Eden Boys' School for BIMA Digital Day 2025

This week, CTI Digital was proud to participate in BIMA’s Digital Day 2025, a free nationwide challenge that aims to inspire 11-16 year olds by offering an insight into careers in the digital and creative industries.

After partnering with them in 2024, we returned to Eden Boys’ School in Bolton, one of hundreds of schools to take part, delivering a presentation and workshop featuring two thought-provoking digital briefs.

Pupils were tasked with designing an exciting digital recipe delivery experience for Hello Fresh, and creating a bold idea for the launch campaign of a new Aston Martin car.

Offering guidance on the day, and discussing how AI is changing the digital industry, were Jonny Ladd, CTI’s Head of Talent; Tom Barnes, People Operations Partner; and Bhooshan Shetty, Demand Generation Manager.

“We absolutely loved working with CTI Digital for the second year running! Bhooshan, Jonny and Tom were nothing short of outstanding on the day – their energy, passion and encouragement pushed our pupils to aim higher and dream bigger. Their creativity, innovation and drive truly inspired our students to design, build and deliver standout digital solutions for real-world clients.

“What really set CTI apart was how wholeheartedly the team got stuck in. Their enthusiasm was infectious and created an incredible 'buzz' throughout the entire competition. Winning students will be announced in February 2026, crowned Digital Day Champions and receive £500 cash for their school and prizes for themselves.
